What is Route+?
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
Can I remove Route+ from my order?
Yes, if you do not want to pay for the added insurance, you can remove it as you would any product in your cart. The option for Route Shipping Protection is automatically defaulted to "ON". If you do not want to add the insurance, simply click the toggle in the cart to "OFF" before you checkout.
Please note, if you remove Route+ from your order, your order will not insured if it is lost or stolen.
