My name is Jessica Valdez and I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Before I began my career in the beauty industry, between being a homemaker with two small children, I had off and on jobs that never kept my interest. I always had a passion for beauty and aesthetics from a young age, so when my kids were old enough, I finally went on my journey to become an Esthetician and got licensed in 2017. I then got certified in Lash Extensions and Lash Lifts. In 2019 I earned my certification in Film Makeup Artistry and Special Effects Makeup.  I had the privilege to be able to do makeup and special effects for a Short War Film in 2020. I always knew that I wanted to eventually open my own place. In 2021, I pursued my dream and opened my Spa, Bar Di Bellezza, in Santa Fe, NM.
