Shipping policy
We strongly encourage purchasing our Package Protection that is automatically added to your shopping cart. This allows us to utilize a 3rd party insurance company who works with us to replace your package if lost for 20 days or more from your order date. You may remove this, however if removed, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you did not purchase package protection, and your package is lost, then you will need to contact the carrier to resolve any issues. Please see their contact number below. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier will then be responsible for delivering your package correctly and in a timely manner. Please know that orders placed on Fridays after 1pm will not be fulfilled and ship out until Monday. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed due to weather conditions, Holiday closures or any other events that may cause a mail carrier to have a delay. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are able to correct incorrect shipping addresses prior to orders being fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are no longer able to correct the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately to do so.
