Refund policy

Please inspect your package right away and report any issues regarding your order within 14 days from delivery. Elleebana Shop has a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Only items that are unopened and unused are eligible for a return. All kit seals must still be intact and unbroken. Products must be in the original packaging. All returned items will be inspected upon being returned before issuing any refund. We can only accept returns / exchanges on items purchased directly from Elleebana Shop. A 15% restocking may be applied or all credit card processing fee's may be deducted from your return amount. If you are submitting an item for an exchange, the items must be of the same dollar value. You will need to pay for shipping and send back the items needing exchanged. We will pay the shipping to re-ship your correct exchanged items. You must be able to provide a professional beauty license in order to purchase from us. If you purchase items without a professional cosmetology, esthetician, salon or medical license, your order will be canceled and a 15% restocking fee along with your orders credit card processing fee's will be deducted from your refund. We strongly encourage purchasing our Package Protection that is automatically added to your shopping cart. You may remove this, however if removed, we are not responsible for lost packages as well as packages that are damaged during transit. You will need to contact the carrier to resolve any issues. If you did purchase the protection package and have not receive your package, please contact us immediately. Package protection allows us to work with our third party insurance company for a replacement. 

We are not responsible for orders that are stolen after delivery, items that are damaged due to weather, such as extreme heat, cold or water damage. Please be sure to check for your packages or ask your local mail carrier to hold your package for pick up if weather may be an issue. Packages may be delivered before tracking shows delivered. Please be aware and keep an eye out for your delivery.
