Renee is a licensed and practicing Master Esthetics Instructor, Cosmetology Instructor, and a Gubernatorial Esthetics appointee to the Virginia Board of Barbers and Cosmetology. Renee has had a long career specializing in Esthetics, performing facials for nobility and diplomats in the Metropolitan Washington DC area for over 20 years.

Marlo is excited about the opportunity to offer Elleebana’s Lash Lift Training. It wasn’t until she became certified herself that she understood the need for others to also have this training. She enjoys providing the Lash Lift service and loves to share her knowledge with others. Marlo is a Master Aesthetician. She holds numerous certifications and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
