How to clean your brushes:
When you have completed your services using the ElleeBRUSHes, cleaning your brushes require a wash with warm water immediately after use using a gentle antibacterial soap.
Follow with rinsing with water to remove the soap from the bristles
Using a High-Level Disinfectant (HLD) on the brush bristles only is recommended in the dilution recommended by the HLD brand however it is not recommended to submerge the entire brush into the HLD and do not leave the brush to soak for extended periods of time.
Rinse again with water to remove the HLD and then allow to air dry.
Most orders are shipped Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 days unless you select expedited shipping. All orders are provided with a tracking number so that you can follow you orders progress.
We are happy to refund you in full for your items if they are unopened and purchased within 14 days.
Items can be returned for a refund if they are damaged upon arrival and their integrity is compromised.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the post office does lose your package, please contact them and have you tracking number available. Please know that we do everything in our ability to make sure that your package arrives safe and on time.
